Refund policy

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition, with all original tags attached and returned in the original packaging.
  
• For change-of-mind returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for all delivery and shipping costs.
  
  
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, RIMBUNKL will cover the relevant delivery costs.
  
  
• Sale and promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
  
  
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  
  
• All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Refunds or exchanges will only be approved if the item meets the conditions above.
