Return & Exchange Policy

At RIMBUNKL, we do not offer refunds or returns. We only allow exchanges within 7 days from the date of receiving your order, subject to stock availability and compliance with our exchange conditions.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for the following:

• Items that have been worn, used, washed, or cleaned.
• Items that are damaged, stained, soiled, or have odors.
• Items that have been altered, tailored, hemmed, or modified in any way.
• Items without the original tags, labels, or packaging attached.
• Sale items, clearance items, or products sold at discounted prices due to existing defects.
• Items with missing, damaged, or soiled accessories.
• Items that have undergone repair or alteration services after purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
